Nordine Hachemi

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

In 2001, Nordine Hachemi joined the Saur group and became its President.
In 2008, he became Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Sechilienne Sidec and held that office until 2011.
After being co-opted as a director at the meeting of the Board of Directors of June 25, 2013, he joined Kaufman & Broad on July 1, 2013 as Chief Executive Officer and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors.
He was appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Kaufman & Broad SA by the Board of Directors at its meeting of January 24, 2014.


Lucile Ribot

Independent Director

After graduating from HEC in 1989, Lucile Ribot started her career at Arthur Andersen where she oversaw audit and financial advisory projects for large international groups. In 1995, she joined the industrial engineering group Fives before becoming the group’s Chief Financial Officer in 1998, member of the Management Board in 2002. She contributed to the Fives group’s growth and strategic development up until 2017.

Sylvie Charles

CEO of Rail Freight and Multimodal Transport of SNCF Logistics

In 1993, she was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Cariane Group, and in 1999, she became Executive Vice President of Générale de Transport et d’Industrie.
She was advisor to the Chairman of the Board of STVA Group from 2001 and became its Chief Executive Officer in 2004.
Since February 2010, Sylvie Charles has been in charge of the Business & Rail Service Providers Division of
SNCF Logistics, which comprises Freight SNCF and all the group’s freight rail transport companies, including
foreign companies with responsibilities extended in October 2013 to cover the multi-modal entities.


Yves Gabriel


YVES GABRIEL is a graduate from l’Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées.
From 2002 to 2015, he was President and Managing Director of BOUYGUES CONSTRUCTION and a Director of Groupe BOUYGUES.
From 1996 to 2002, he was Managing Director of Groupe SAUR and from 1992 to 1996 Managing Director of Groupe SCREG.
Previously, he occupied number of managerial positions in different subsidiaries of Groupes SCREG and BOUYGUES.
Yves GABRIEL is today President of YVES GABRIEL CONSULTING, Senior Advisor of OLIVER WYMAN as well as Strategic Advisor of IMPULSE PARTNERS.
He is also a Director of SMABTP.


Caroline Puechoultres

Marketing & Innovation director of Intermarché

Caroline Puechoultres began her career at Procter & Gamble France from 1991 to 1997, before becoming Deputy director of Communications in charge of promotions and advertising at M6 Métropole Télévision, until 2000.
From 2000 to 2002, she served as Marketing & Communications director at Tiscali & Liberty Surf, and then became Marketing, Communications & Partnerships director at Disney Télévision France until 2003.
She then joined the Club Méditerranée group as Strategic Marketing Director and was subsequently appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Asia Pacific region from 2006 to 2009 (based in Singapore), before becoming Chief Officer – World Strategy from 2010 until end-2012.
From 2013 to 2016, Caroline Puechoultres has held the office of Marketing & Strategy director within the Karavel Promovacances.


Jean-Louis Chaussade

CEO of SUEZ Group

He started his professional career at DEGRÉMONT in 1978 and then was appointed in 1989 as Chief Operating Officer of DEGRÉMONT SPAIN in BILBAO. During this period, he also acted as director of AGUAS de BARCELONA. Then, Jean-Louis Chaussade became Directeur Général Exécutif (ie Executive Director) of DUMEZ COPISA SPAIN in 1992.
In 1997, he was appointed as Chief Operating Officer of LYONNAISE des EAUX in South America and as Directeur Général délégué of ENGIE South América region.
In 2000, he became Chief Executive Officer (Président Directeur Général) of DEGRÉMONT and, in 2004, Associate General Director of ENGIE and Directeur Général (ie General Manager) of SUEZ ENVIRONNEMENT.
Since July 2008, Jean-Louis Chaussade has served as Directeur Général (ie General Manager) of GROUPE SUEZ (previously named SUEZ ENVIRONNEMENT), listed on Euronext Paris and Brussels (15,1 milliards Euros of turnover / 82.000 employees in 2015).
Jean-Louis Chaussade was a member of the Comité de direction of ENGIE from May 2011 to July 2013.
He also exercised the function of Président of the Conseil de Ssurveillance (ie Board of Surveyors) of the Institut de Prospective Economique du Monde Méditerranéen (IPEMED) from December 2011 to December 2013.
Since Octobre 20011, he has been Director of CRITERIA CAIXAHOLDING S.A.U. (Spain).
Jean-Louis Chaussade is the Vice President of the Comité France Chine and President of the Conseil des Chefs d’entreprise France-Pays of the Arabian Peninsula at the Medef International. He is also President oft the group «économie circulaire » at AFEP.
In october 2016, he was appointed as President of the Board of Directors of the Université de Technologie of Compiègne (France).
Jean-Louis Chaussade graduated from ESTP and holds a Master of Economy. He also graduated from the Institut d’Études Politiques of Paris and from AMP of the Harvard Business School.


Sophie Lombard

Sophie Lombard worked for PAI Partners from 2001 to 2012.
Prior to that, she spent three years with Société Générale in the Capital Markets Department for Derivative Products and four years with Deutsche Bank in the LBO department in London and Paris.
Sophie Lombard was director of the Stoeffler Group between 2003 and 2008, of the Chr. Hansen Group between 2005 and 2010, of the Yoplait Group between 2010 and 2011, and of the Marcolin Group in 2012.


Frédéric Stévenin

Partner, member of the Executive Committee, member of the Investment Committee and head of consumer goods team of PAI Partners

After spending four years in the Private Banking division of Paribas, Frédéric Stévenin joined PAI Partners for the first time in 1993 and worked five years in the agri-business division.
In 1998, he joined the LBO department of Deutsche Bank as a director, then Managing Director. Frédéric Stévenin returned to PAI Partners in June 2001. He was director of Provimi SA from 2004 to 2007, the Panzani Group from 2002 to 2007, Coin Group between 2002 and 2009, the Stoeffler Group between 2003 and February 2008, the Saeco Group between 2004 and 2009, the Yoplait Group from 2002 to 2011.
